Today, I am starting the Twin Cities Eats Blog. The
purpose of this blog is so that I can spout my opinions on the Twin
Cities Dining and Food scene into Cyperspace and maybe other people with
opinions can reply. I am disappointed with Chowhound's lack of a
Minnesota board and although I love Dara Moskowitz in the City Pages,
the rest of restaurant and food talk in local publications has a lot to
be desired (I have a problem with reviews of national chains). However,
if there are other food blogs out there for the Twin Cities, let me know
so that I can link them on here too.
I will try to keep each
posting limited to an individual establishment or event so that others
can comment back individually on that particular place. But, we will
just have to see how things develop.... So, on with the eating....
I am not sure how I found you, but I am looking forward to following. A couple times a week, I post our impressions on a restaurant we've tried in the Twin Cities.
